We offer the following transfer options:

Without pickup

Select this option when completing a reservation if you do not require a transfer or you have a secure pickup.

Pickup for M.R. Štefánika Bratislava Airport and back (fee 2,-€)

If you require transportation to the airport and back, choose this option. By choosing this option, you will have a safe pick-up. Transportation from the airport back to the parking lot is also provided automatically, so there is no need to request such a transfer again. When you arrive at the parking lot, you will receive a parking ticket on which the telephone number for the transfer is indicated (+421905362041). After your arrival from vacation or business trip, call us on this number and we will call you within about 10 minutes. we will pick you up at bus stop FLIXBUS No. 2. You should call only after the complete equipment at the airport and the collection of all luggage. The transport vehicle cannot wait at the airport, so it is important that you are ready to be picked up when you arrive. If you have a special request for a transfer (car seat, transportation of oversized luggage, wheelchair, etc.), please include this in the notes when making the reservation.

The transfer time from the parking lot to the airport is approximately 10-20 minutes, depending on the traffic situation. The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or unforeseeable situations such as e.g. traffic accident, road impassability, police closure of road, large number of clients at the same time, etc. The customer of the service is not entitled to compensation for damage caused by the delay of the transfer for the above reasons.

RECOMMENDATION: If you are traveling with more people and have a large amount of luggage, we recommend that, in order to check in with us faster, you drop off the crew and luggage at the airport (15 min. parking directly in front of the departure terminal is free) and come to us only with by car and a driver, who will immediately take you back to the airport. The same applies when arriving from vacation. This recommendation applies especially in the summer season, when we handle a larger number of clients at once. It is only a recommendation, and in case of request, he will take you all as well.

 

Pickup within Bratislava (max. 25 km)

Transfer to the designated place in Bratislava: In case, if you require a ride to a specific place within Bratislava, then choose this option. Please indicate the location when making the reservation. Vehicle intended for the transfer will arrive at the parking lot at the time indicated in the confirmation about the reservation as "arrival date and time". For this reason, time state with a tolerance of max. 15 min. If you want the arrival time of the vehicle additional details, do so by phone at +421248201344 max. until the 30 min. for the planned arrival. Transportation is provided by an external taxi service. In case you have a special transfer request (car seat, transport oversized luggage, wheelchair, etc.), so enter this in notes when making a reservation. For a transfer within Bratislava make a sufficient time reserve, as the service provider is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or an unforeseeable situation such as e.g. traffic accident, impassability communications, police closure of communications, etc. The customer does not have the services entitlement to compensation for damage caused by the delay in the transfer from the above reasons. The price for a transfer to a designated place within Bratislava up to 25 km is €12.

Transfer from the designated place in Bratislava back to parking lot: If you require a ride back from a specific one place in Bratislava for parking, so state it in the note at listing the reservation. The vehicle designated for the transfer will be at the designated location added to the time stated in the booking confirmation as “date and departure time". For this reason, enter the time with a tolerance of max. 15 min. If you want to specify the time of arrival of the vehicle additionally, do by phone at +421248201344 max. within 30 min. for scheduled delivery vehicle. Transportation is provided by an external taxi service. Price for transfer back to parking is €12 (if the transport vehicle is waiting at the designated place there is a fee of €5 / 30 min.)

Transfer to the airport Schwechat - Vienna

Transfer to the airport Vienna: If you require a ride to Schwechat-Vienna airport, so choose this option. The transfer is carried out by private car, therefore the maximum number of transported persons is 4 for a price of €50. In case of you require the transport of a larger number of people, so indicate such a request to notes when making a reservation. For a larger number of people (5 - max. 8) the price is €80 for the transfer. If you have a special transfer request (car seat, transportation of oversized luggage, wheelchair, etc.), so this specify in the notes when making the reservation. For transfer to Schwechat Airport please allow enough time as the service provider is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or an unforeseeable situation such as e.g. traffic accident, impassability communications, police closure of communications, etc. The customer does not have the services entitlement to compensation for damage caused by the delay in the transfer from the above reasons.

Transfer from Vienna Airport back to the parking lot: In the event that you require transfer also from Schwechat-Vienna airport back to our parking lot, and so on state the request in the note when making the reservation. Transfer price from Schwechat-Vienna airport to the parking lot is €50 (for 5-8 people the price is €80). This price includes the fee for the transfer, entry of the transport vehicle to the parking lot in front of the arrival terminal and waiting for the client max. 1 hour. In the case of a longer wait, we charge a fee of €10 for each even the started one an hour. Please also include the destination in the note when making the reservation, from which you will arrive, the arrival number and the planned arrival time.
